A lot of external services which are integrated to use Ranger or can be
integrated to use ranger as authorization provider uses Kafka to publish their
tags/metadata.
One of such services for example is CDAP (Cask Data Application Platform) which
emits tags to kafka.
It will be a nice feature to support tagsync from Kafka to allow such external
services to use the nice tag based authorization model of ranger.
