*Problem Statement:*
In Audit>Admin tab, when we click on Service create/update pop-up, it does not
show the pop-up details.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Create a service under any component.
2. Check logs for the same under Audit>Admin tab.
3. Update any service.
4. Check logs for the same under Audit>Admin tab.
*Expected Result:*
It should open pop-up for service create or update and should show proper
configurations.
*Actual Result:*
It does not show pop-up. For update service action it is not reproducible every
time. Please check attached screenshots.
