Description:
I tried to call rest api
(delete) /service/xusers/group/{groupName}/user/{userName}
from ugsync (method private void delXUserGroupInfo).
I pass path parameter, userName like "a b+c". Method called in ugsync,
UserSyncUtil.encodeURIParam(username) encode userName into "a+b%2Bc" but on
admin, userName decoded into "a+b+c".
It seems space is not decoded properly.
