Ranger doesn't have the correct error message when audit configuration file is
not present. When audit configuration file ranger-<service-type>-audit.xml in
missing in some installation issue, error message show as "Unable to locate
audit file location" : /etc/conf/xasecure-audit.xml which is misleading as we
don't use xasecure-audit.xml
