Rangers: I would like to share few pointers for submitting a patch via JIRA and Apache review board. These steps will help review process to be more effective. Please add if you have any other suggestions.
Add Apache JIRA # in review request title. Specify branch information (master/ranger-0.6 etc) and Apache JIRA # in the review request fields. Provide a link to the review request in Apache JIRA. Attach the patch to Apache JIRA. If there are updated versions (based on review suggestions), make sure to include the latest patch. Mark the fix version appropriately (if you know). Update the JIRA with commit link once the patch is reviewed and committed. Mark the review request as closed once the patch is committed. This will help to keep review dashboard view clean, so that open patches get the right attention. Thank you, Velmurugan Periasamy
