Testing
-------
#Test case:
1.Ranger-Admin and Storm are both in security mode with Kerberos Authentication.
2.Storm is in HA mode, has two stormUIs, urls are "http://IP1:18080"; and
"http://IP2:18080";.
2.Ceate storm service in Ranger-Admin,
set "http://IP1:18080,http://IP2:18080"; or "http://IP1:18080;http://IP2:18080";
for "Nimbus URL".
3.Kill one storm UI process, left another one is active.
4.Click "Test Connection" in create storm service page, it should return
success.
5.Then "Add new policy" for the storm service which created above,
autocomplete for resource names can still work for configution "Storm Topology".
