[~rmani] I think it's worth it.
When Storm is set to HA mode, we usually start the nimbus and UI processes on
the same host,
which means not only nimbus is HA, but also Storm UI is HA.
Normally if the Storm cluster is running well, one Storm UI process will be
enough,
but if the Storm UI process is down, there is no Storm UI service for Storm
cluster,
and Ranger-Admin would not be able to get Storm Topology by only one Storm UI
URL,
So based on the stability of the application and consistent with the idea of
HA,
we think at least two Storm UI process is reasonable.
