@GlenGeng Thanks! This is a good find. 1. Can you add a unit test which tests network failure with multi-raft? 2. PeerProxyMap#handleException also resets proxy. I think we should have a separate PR to address the case as well. 3. Client also currently recreates channel. We should make the change there as well possibly in a separate PR.
