Filed https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-21466 and INFRA-21467. The tasks in INFRA-21467 have been completed. Drew@infra asks us to verify that everything is working as expected.
Also filed two subtasks RATIS-1323 and RATIS-1324 for updating the repo links and website. After all these tasks, we probably have completed the migration process. Thanks for your help.
