Hi Tsz-Wo Thanks for reminding. After changing NOTICE file, do we need to release a new rc2 ? Or just replace src tar ball of https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/ratis/2.0.0/rc1/apache-ratis-2.0.0-src.tar.gz, and replace the corresponding asc, md5, sha512 ?
