Hi,
As it's discussed on the slack channel Ratis master seems to have all
the required changes for Ratis streaming which can be adopted in Ozone.
As Ratis is a thirdparty library for Ozone, it would be great to have a
release which can be used as dependency instead of snapshots.
Using snapshot is more risky from Ozone point of view as an Ozone
release couldn't be done with SNAPSHOT dependencies. SNAPSHOT dependency
means that we need Ratis release first, and last Ozone release delayed
with multiple month in similar situations.
Can we release 0.7.0 from ratis-thirdparty and 2.1.0 ratis from latest
master? ((In case of any other changes/bug-fixes are required in the
future we can quickly release patch releases any time.))
