Precluding possible further discussion on which wiki to use
(MoinMoin/Confluence), we do for now have a MoinMoin instance.
To get edit/admin access, please create an account on
http://wiki.apache.org/rave and send a request with you account name to this list.
PMC members I can add to the AdminGroup page which then can provide admin
oversight themselves, and other community members can be added to the
ContributersGroup.
