Fix For: 0.11
Go to add widget, enter a widget url and get the metadata.
Now fill in a malformed url in the thumbnail in a browser that does not support
input type="url".
Submit the form.
The user gets back to the form, but does not see the error message because the
additional metadata fields are hidden.
