agreed on assumption of same cause. I am not assuming same root cause, just
same error. I am also using IE7 emulated mode, so something to keep in mind
there too.
My test was as follows:
1) Use IE 9 w/ developer tools
2) Log into portal
3) Switch to IE7 browser mode.
Bottom line, jQuery isn't there when the page loads. Whether this is due to
the same issue as the ipad is undetermined.
