I ran a clean version of rave and went through the steps above. However, I'm
not able to reproduce this behaviour.
If you clicked 'cancel' the first time the dialog appeared, then it will keep
re-appearing (on that page selection) until you choose either 'accept' or
'decline'. (Cancel is akin to "I'll decide later" - giving the user the chance
to look at the page first, before deciding whether to accept or not)
