If you change the rave.shindig.properties file from this:
shindig.content-rewrite.include-urls=.*
shindig.content-rewrite.exclude-urls=
to
shindig.content-rewrite.include-urls=
shindig.content-rewrite.exclude-urls=.*
The problem goes away because it's not concatenating the css files. So it looks
like the problem is in the concatenation process (shindig).
