Description:
Clean up the layout of the User Profile so that:
- important information about the user (including a placeholder for the profile
picture) are shown first
- contact information, likewise, is clearly visible
- other fields are organized on the page
In the "edit" mode, the layout of editable fields should mirror the normal
layout.

"Right now, user profile have sub menu bar for different pages and admin page
have tabs for different pages. Make User profile consistent with Admin page."
