Hello Marlon,

surely I can do that. The Omelette project is a EU-funded research project
with many industrial and university partners. The general intention is to
integrate Telco services into the Web using mashups. You can read more about
the project in general at the homepage [1]. Some of the partners create part
of an infrastructure (like a widget repository, developer tools or widget
recommendation utilities), while others create widgets for their personal
use. You can see the general architectural idea on page 5 here [2]. The
project is now heading towards the last six months of funding and the
partners are eager to finalize and polish their results and hopefully
integrate some of them into the Rave portal.
We at T-Systems have developed some widgets for demo purposes and are
responsible for doing continuous evaluation on the project. As the Rave
portal is the most visible and central part of the project, evaluation does
especially focus on this part.

Best regards,
Matthias

Thanks very much, Matthias. From my quick glance, these look like very
concrete suggestions. Could you say a little more about the Omelette
project, such as how you are extending and customizing Rave?
