I am having issues trying to overlay the skin.

This change created breaking issues to our application and overlaying the
skin file does not work. This needs to be pulled out or a process created
to overlay a skin and have it compile properly.

I added a custom rave-css.less, rave.less

##rave.less
// pull in general Rave customizations
@import "rave-css.less";

##rave-css.less has our custom styles

The rave.css file isn't our styles and overlaying the skin less file
doesn't do anything.

Any thoughts?
