We are a community first and foremost and the community includes everyone who takes an interest in Rave, whether they are users, committers or PMC members. While PMC members have "binding" votes on things like releases, commits, etc., they should consider the opinions of the community as a whole. So please, feel free to chime in on proposals, vote on releases or review commits/patches.
