Users have trouble getting the difference between "tags" and "search terms" in
the search mask.
A good approach is provide only one text field, let users enter free text and
offer auto-completion for identified tags.
Alternatively, let the algorithm internally search tags as well and do not
allow to search "by tags" explicitly. Tags are then a means for users to simply
let others find a widget more easily.
