Matthias - thanks for sharing! Your report got me thinking - we've got a lot
of usability issues hidden in the gaps between technical tickets. To try to
capture (or at least link) them, I've created an umbrella ticket:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-926.

We should try to capture usability issues as they are identified - some can
be solved directly, some by removing technical blockers. Matthias - do you
want to take a stab at breaking down findings from your report into tickets?
Others - got burning issues that your users are complaining about?
