I see at least two e-mails that have gone unanswered on the users list.
 Since that is the first entry point for many people into the project, I
think the more responsive we are there, the better chance we have of
bringing new people to the project.

Does anyone have the time to take a crack at the two questions?

Does anyone have ideas for how we can make sure we don't let these drop in
the future?
