    Description: Right now Organizations are really just attributes on a 
person. There is no concept of a true Organization that is a unique entity 
shared between multiple people (i.e. no way to track who has been part of the 
same organization). This set of tickets is to make it a top level object which 
requires some significant changes to how it's structured.
