After restarting the server, the first page load causes a requirejs script
error with a load timeout on osapi.
Either increase timeout threshold in requirejs settings, or consider a way to
speed up initial loading of osapi scripts (aka
/gadgets/js/container:pubsub-2:open-views.js?c=1&container=default&debug=1)
