Sure, in my head there are several steps to get this done.
1) Research Bootstrap 3 and identify the change that were introduced. Take
special note of any breaking changes between 2 and 3 and determine how Rave is
impacted by those changes. (note any breaking changes that impact Rave here in
the ticket)
2) Replace the bootstrap less files in Rave with the new ones from Bootstrap 3
3) Compile the application and test all the pages.
4) Run the integration tests and make sure they pass
