This ticket marks the most basic transition to an Angular webapp.
To close this issue, we must implement static pages of Rave's
- No longer use JSP
- No longer use hard page refreshes; angular's ui-router should be used instead
- Implement a static login page
- Implement a static home page, including static tabs
- Implement a static profile page
- Implement a static admin page
These 'static' pages need not be functional for this ticket to be complete.
