In addition to all of the _features_ that LESS provides us with, like mixins
and variables that facilitate DRY css, it can *also* be leveraged as a tool for
organization.
Unfortunately, it isn't be used in that way right now, as the core less file is
a single monolithic file.
To do:
- core/core.less should be refactored to be modular. For an example, reference
Bootstrap's organization
