It looks like the source releases have been tidied up, but there are still
several old binary releases on the system.
Note that these can be deleted directly from SVN by anyone on the PMC.
For example:
svn rm
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/rave/binaries/apache-rave-0.21.1-bin.tar.gz
svn rm
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/rave/binaries/apache-rave-0.21.1-bin.tar.gz.asc
etc.
