Good morning, PJ

Hope you are safe and well.

When we started the incubation process, we noted that about half of our
initial committers were former members. It was recommended that their
contributions be acknowledged and included as initial committers. It was
further recommended that their inclusion may increase their chance for
future engagement.

In the past year, we have had many new members, especially focused on
building toolkits and apps, which is instrumental for the projects' overall
long-term success. For example,

   - Ecosystem: https://github.com/ResilientEcosystem
   - Apps: https://github.com/ResilientApp

We really appreciate your assistance. May we further ask if you would
kindly consider becoming a mentor for our project as well?

We appreciate your consideration.
