Harish explained the process for proposing new projects, which includes preparing a short presentation or design document for early feedback. The team also discussed the status of existing projects and whether they could be extended or brought closer to completion before starting new initiatives. *Project Updates, Beacon workflow and Deployment Challenges* Harish introduced the ResAI MCP tool to the team, along with a short explanation and demo highlighting recent progress. Bismanpal shared updates on the automated Beacon documentation workflow. The system is now fully set up such that any change to ecosystem tools automatically triggers documentation updates and raises a pull request for review, significantly simplifying the maintenance process. Harish Gokul also discussed ongoing efforts to integrate projects from different teams into the main repository and highlighted a blocker related to Vercel deployments, where Apache approval for vercel is required before deploying tools from the monorepo. *Production Instance Issues and Debugging* Henry Chou reported error messages observed in the production instance. Harish Gokul explained that the instance appeared to be down due to a potential infinite loop identified through logs, with a specific endpoint from ResCanvas being hit repeatedly.
