Setting the Cross Domain Proxy to Remote means that all calls go through a
cloud-based proxy server hosted at https://rippleapi.herokuapp.com/xhr_proxy.

User should be warned about using 'remote' proxy. If the app is transferring
sensitive data, we must strongly recommend using the local proxy instead of the
remote one.
