According to infra I'm in the 'pmc-chairs' group so, in their words, I
should be "good to go".

I've just seen the svn commits and Jukka's email.  If someone can tell
me exactly what needs doing* to the repo to allow us all access to it
then I'll get it done.

* and please use small words...
