Hi Sim, 

-1 votes need to have an explanation, for the archives.

I wonder if you could state again why you feel strongly enough about this issue 
to veto a small change to the build?  How is it so important to have jar files 
in our svn repository rather than a widely recognized and stable global 
repository?
