Need a API to list all alive producergroup, similar with the mqadmin API who is able to obtain consumergroup List: org.apache.rocketmq.tools.admin.MQAdminExt#getAllSubscriptionGroup(brokerAddr, timeout) otherwise it is difficult to run this cmd: mqadmin producerConnection -g <arg> [-h] [-n <arg>] -t <arg> since it is difficult to know an alive producerGroup.
