RongtongJin opened a new issue #1787: The queryCq command of mqadmin returned 
incorrect data

   - What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
    Use rocketmq mqadmin tool to call queryCq command , but the queried queue 
do not return any data
   
   How to reprofuce?
   Use the queryCq command of mqadmin tool to query, for example: 
   `bin / mqadmin querycq - t topic test - i 5 -q 0 - b localhost: 10911`
   
   - What did you expect to see?
   Return the data of the queried queue
   
   - What did you see instead?
