## What is the purpose of the change
fix issue #2088, to make the log output of RT stat makes sense.
## Brief changelog
Change the log output format for RT stat
## Verifying this change
Start consumer and consume message. After a few minutes, check the log
output, the stat of RT should be like
[CONSUME_RT] [topic_xxxx@xxxx-consumer] Stats In One Minute, TIMES:
256807 AVGPT: 812.68
