   BUG REPORT
   
       Please describe the issue you observed:
   **org.apache.rocketmq.remoting.protocol.SerializeType.valueOf(byte code) can 
not throw the IllegalArgumentException .We can not locate the mistake when 
there are something wrong in SerializeType.**
