I have deployed v4.7.1 on VPS and I have explicitly set the `brokerIP1` and
`brokerIP2` as the public IP.
However when I try to send message with Java client, it keeps throws
`RemotingConnectException`. Here is the stack trace:

But the consumer can connect to the broker, and the rocketmq-console can
show the status. It is all normal.
Can anyone please help with this problem?
