#3023 ## What is the purpose of the change The statistical data obtained through mqadmin is inconsistent with the results printed in store.log. Through source code analysis, it is determined that the statistical results obtained through mqadmin are smaller than the actual data, and the statistical results are between 0-1000ms.  ## Brief changelog - When initializing putMessageDistributeTime every 1s, record the current statistical result lastPutMessageDistributeTime. - When the statistical result is obtained through mqadmin, the lastPutMessageDistributeTime is returned. ## Verifying this change After repair：  Follow this checklist to help us incorporate your contribution quickly and easily.
