1，是单个的消息 2，无论消息消费成功还是失败 offset会一直往前走，ProcessQueue里的msgTreeMap是天然有序的（key是consumequeue的标号），这个方法是将queue里最老（最小）的msg给remove掉后，再将最老（最小）的msg的offset返回 3，重试实际就是在消费一条新的消息，只是body和之前的消息是相同的 4，在broker中配置messageDelayLevel可以自定义时间级别 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
