Hi,

I'm sorry we filed a little late last time. AFAIK, we're far from that
Attic status, although there aren't many active committers or PMC in
mailing lists lately. Recently, I am calling on more PMCs to fulfill the
responsibilities that when we joined. Perhaps because of personal work like
me, they have been slightly neglecting the community in these years.
Fortunately, I've seen more new projects being created lately, and I'm
actively calling on some PMC to focus on the community and absorb more
committers. To be honest, I personally thought about starting the
community's retirement process and getting more committers and PMCs, We've
never been short of active contributors, we need to keep our eyes on them.
As for the chair role, the majority of submissions in recent years have
been made jointly by the community PMC. That's how we've been, and that's
how we've been working from the beginning. I personally don't see anything
wrong with it, and if rotation is needed, it's not a big problem.

This year is our fifth year, RocketMQ has seen a huge increase in diversity
and active contributors, but the problems that come with it are obvious. I
will be returning to the community in the near future. I would like to help
and mentor more committers and PMCs. I hope that PMCs who have similar
ideas could also express their views.
