The BatchMessage can be queried through the original interface. A batch message 
returned from the Message Store is composed of multiple sub-messages, including 
the one that the Admin client actually needs to fetch. In this case, the Admin 
client or the Broker Controller needs to filter out those unwanted sub-messages.
