codersfarm opened a new issue #3510:

   In branch develop, AclClientRPCHook.class and  anonymous Inner Class in 
BorokerController.class implemente the interface RPCHook.
   But the  implementae method is empty. Why processRequestCommand and 
invokeSync in  BorokerController.class call do afterRpcHooks.
