1. Please describe the issue you observed:
- What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
- Use POP mode and broker Rebalance, if popShareQueueNum is set large
enough, it will cause the broker service memory to overflow.
- What did you expect to see?
- No matter how large the popShareQueueNum is set by the client, it will
not affect the operation of the broker service.
- What did you see instead?
