前提：使用 ExtRocketMQTemplateConfiguration 注册拓展RocketMQTemplate 时，消费者会在 set real producer 前启动; 如果消费者处理完消息后马上发消息 而目前还没没执行到set real producer 此时就会 报错 producer 为空 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
