Hi， Justin， Thanks for your kindly reply, sorry I didn't express it clearly, and we do not intend to move this project out of the apache repository, but just transfer it from the main repository[1] to another sub-repository of apache rocketmq[2]， there should be no IP and ICLA issues involved.
