## What is the purpose of the change https://github.com/apache/rocketmq/issues/4070 ## Brief changelog There's no need to binary search offset if the target timestamp is larger than the batchConsumeQueue's max timestamp. So if target timestamp is larger than max timestamp, return max offset directly. ## Verifying this change * before: We will get "-1" when we getOffsetInQueueByTime if the target timestamp is larger than the max queue unit timestamp.
