**FEATURE REQUEST** 1. Please describe the feature you are requesting. Add a documentation on how to build a local image after changing the source code, for test purpose. For example we would like to build an image locally tagged with **dev**: rocketmq:dev 2. Provide any additional detail on your proposed use case for this feature.
