Hi @caigy and @RongtongJin, would you mind taking a look at this PR when you have a chance? As of October 12, the scheduled docker-publish workflow is still ending with startup_failure, and apache/rocketmq:5.5.1 is still missing on Docker Hub. This PR updates only the three Docker action SHA pins; its check is currently waiting for maintainer approval. Could you please approve the workflow run and review the changes when convenient? I'm happy to adjust the patch if you prefer different action versions or another approach.
